GOLDEN FRUIT SOUP 
4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. tapioca
1/2 c. dried apricots
2 chopped oranges
1 c. fresh or frozen sliced peaches
1 c. diced apples or strawberries
1 to 2 sliced bananas
1/2 c. seedless green grapes (optional)
1 c. unsweetened pineapple chunks

Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, tapioca and dried apricots in pan. Stir over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients. Add any fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit of your choice. Serve cold or hot.
