TRADER VIC'S CHICKEN SALAD 
4 to 5 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. slivered almonds

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. Major Grey's chutney
1 tsp. curry
1 can Chinese noodles

Combine chicken mixture and dressing 1 hour before serving. Add noodles just prior to serving. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Serves 6 to 8.
