CHICKEN SALAD KON - TIKI 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken breasts
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. grated coconut
1 tbsp. chutney
Curry Dressing
2 cantaloupes

Combine chicken, celery, coconut, and chutney; mix well. Toss with Curry Dressing (recipe follows). Cut cantaloupes in halve. Remove seeds and fill cavities with chicken mixture. Yield: 4 servings.
