FRUIT RIPPLE COOKIE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1/2 c. butter, soft 1/4 c. cooking oil 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 can (any flavor) Thank You pudding & pie filling 1. In large bowl mix all ingredients except pie filling. 2. Spread 1/2 of batter in a 9"x13" pan (grease bottom only). 3. Top with pie filling and third layer will be remaining batter, covering pie filling as much as possible. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with Cool Whip. |
