SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. melted butter

Mix and pat 2/3 of mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Save 1/3 mixture for topping.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. raisins

Mix and bring to boil - careful not to scorch. Pour over crumb mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
