SOUR CREAM AND RAISIN BARS 
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
2 c. raisins
2 c. sour cream

Mix ingredients well. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook until thick. Set aside. 1 3/4 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. butter

Mix well and pat 2/3 of mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Add filling and top with rest of crust mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
