RAISIN SOUR CREAM BARS 
1 3/4 c. quick oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. melted butter

FILLING:

4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sour cream
2 c. raisins

Mix first 5 ingredients and pat 2/3 in 9"x13" pan (greased). Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Heat filling until thick. Pour over crust. Crumble last 1/3 of oatmeal ingredients over the top. Bake 20 minutes.
