SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

4 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sour cream
2 c. raisins

Mix crust ingredients together as for a pie crust. Save 1 1/2 cups. Pour remaining into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix filling ingredients together and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Pour over crust and crumble remaining crust mixture over the top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
