CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 can corned beef
1 can cream of celery soup
4 c. shredded cabbage
Salt & pepper to taste
1 onion, sliced thin
4 slices bacon

Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Place potatoes in bottom of dish. Add corned beef, onions, soup, cabbage and top with bacon. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover, bake a few minutes to brown bacon. Serves 4.
