CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE
CASSEROLE
 
5 med. potatoes, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 can corned beef
1 can celery soup
1 1/2 c. milk

Place potatoes in shallow baking dish. Top this with the shredded cabbage, onion, and corned beef. Cover all with the celery soup diluted with the milk. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.
