VINEGAR PIE 
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 eggs
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Combine butter, sugar, flour, vanilla and eggs; blend well. Pour into pie shell and bake in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes.

For a pie not quite so rich, use half of butter required. Excellent, sure to be a hit!
