SPINACH SALAD 
SALAD:

1 lb. spinach, wash, drain and break
6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. fresh alfalfa sprouts
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 green onions, sliced

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup

Mix all salad ingredients together. Cover with dressing. Garnish with one can mandarin oranges, drained.
