EGG AND CHEESE STRATA 
12 slices bread, cut crusts off
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. butter
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk or cream

Cut crusts off bread. Line in buttered casserole dish. Melt cheese and butter. Beat eggs, mustard, salt, milk or cream. Pour over bread. Store in refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 300 degrees.
