CREAMY BEEF TOMATO SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
7 or 8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 lg. onion, diced
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, cut up
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. dairy sour cream

Brown meat in large skillet. Drain off all the fat as it collects. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream. Heat to boiling, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream; heat through but do not boil. 6 servings.
