BROCCOLI CORN BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. coarse Saltine cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine above and put in 1 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. coarse Saltine cracker crumbs (6 crackers)
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine and sprinkle over mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
