HAMBURGER BUNS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. oil
7 c. flour, stirred, not sifted

Soften yeast in warm water and add sugar. Combine ingredients and add yeast mixture. Stir well. Let rise 1 hour. Knead on floured board until easy to handle. Should be very soft. Roll out into 3/4 inch oval. Cut in 3 or 4 inch circles. Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise until double, 1 to 2 hours. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
