30 MINUTE HAMBURGER BUNS 
3 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
6 tbsp. yeast

Mix above ingredients and let rest 15 minutes. (A yeasty taste doesn't come from too much yeast, but from yeast being too warm.) Add:

1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs
10 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Shape immediately into rolls or whatever shape you want. (We use this recipe for scones.) Place on cookie sheet. Let rise to double. Bake 10 minutes.
