HAMBURG OR HOT DOG BUNS 
10 c. flour
1 qt. water or milk
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. Crisco (solid)

Mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs and shortening. Add yeast; mix. Add water; mix and knead over. Make as you do bread. Let rise until double, punch down and let rest 15 minutes. Roll out as hamburger and cut as large or as small bun. For hot dogs, roll in hand then shape as a hot dog. Grease cookie sheets, and let rise for 1/2 hour. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes.
