TIFFANY'S GRAMS DOG BONES
1 pkg. hot dogs
1 loaf frozen bread dough (or homemade bread dough can be used)
Flour for rolling
Greased cookie sheet (use solid shortening)

Allow dough to thaw enough to be able to roll. Divide dough into equal portions (depending on how many hot dogs are in your package, Gram recommends 8). On floured surface roll dough in oblong shape. Take hot dog and bring dough around sides and pinch shut, being careful not to make any holes. Place pinched side down on greased cookie sheet leaving approximately 1 inch between "bones". Cover with light cloth and allow to raise until they look doubled in size. Consult bread directions on package (this varies greatly with the heat in Florida weather).

Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Grease tops as soon as they are out of oven. Serve by cutting open one side and filling with favorite ketchup, mustard, etc.

Note: Even the littlest cook in your household can help "wrap" dog bones. This is a great rainy day project!
