LEMON CRAZY CAKE | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (without pudding) 1 pkg. lemon Jello 4 eggs 3/4 cup oil 3/4 cup water Combine all ingredients, beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Don't remove from pan. Place on cooling rack. LEMON ICING: 1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar Juice of 2 lemons Combine confectioners' sugar and juice of 2 lemons. Let set for 2 minutes. Pierce warm cake liberally with fork and drizzle icing mixture over it. Can be garnished with fruit. |
