EASY SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper and powdered garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bouillon
1 c. sour cream

Mix first 7 ingredients. Shape into balls; brown in skillet. Pour bouillon over meatballs; simmer for 20 minutes. Add sour cream; stir until well mixed. Heat, keeping temperature low so cream will not curdle. May be served over hot noodles or rice. Yield: 6 servings.
