MOM'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

3/4 lb. hamburg
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onions
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. Crisco

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. flour
3 c. water
3 bouillon cubes

Mix all meatball ingredients except Crisco into 30 meatballs. Brown in melted Crisco and remove. Brown flour in fat from meat. Gradually stir in water and bouillon cubes. Stir until smooth and thick.

Add meatballs into sauce. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour. Serve with cooked rice or egg noodles. Serves 4.
