SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. minced onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shortening
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (6 oz.) jar grape jelly

1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg and next four ingredients. Shape into small balls. 2. Melt shortening in large skillet; brown meatballs. 3. Remove meat from skillet; pour off fat. 4. Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until coated. 5. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
