1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 to 3 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
8 chopped hard cooked eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, cooked

Mix all together. Arrange on lettuce leaves. Serves 8.
