CORN AND GREEN PEA SALAD 
1 can small green peas
1 can shoe peg corn
1 sm. green pepper, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped

Boil: 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper

Let cool. Pour over vegetables and let stand overnight. Very good.
