1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom bits & pieces 2 eggs 30 Ritz crackers, crushed 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients. Let set overnight. Spoon into hot grease. Fry slowly. If mixture is too thin, add a few more crackers. | |

I make these quite often and take them to work. I've lost count on how many times I'm asked to bring them again! Most of the time, they don't even heat them up! I do add about 5 more Ritz crackers. Really, Really like this recipe!!
