MOCK STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb. butter
3 cloves garlic
Grated Italian cheese, optional
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Wash and cut off stems of mushrooms.

Layer bread crumbs in pan thinly. Saute garlic in butter until liquid (then remove garlic).

Place mushrooms in pan. Put remaining bread crumbs over mushrooms. Pour garlic butter over the top.

Optional: Sprinkle grated Italian cheese over top. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake covered, 375 degrees, 30 minutes.
