SOMBRERO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
9 1/2 oz. bag Fritos
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
2 c. coarsely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar olives
Shredded lettuce

Brown ground beef and onion. Add barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic salt, simmer 15 minutes. Add beans.

LAYER: Pour 1/3 bag of corn chips and 1/3 cheese in baking dish, add 1/2 of beef mixture. Layer 1/3 bag of corn chips, 1/3 cheese. Add remaining beef mixture and finish with remaining corn chips and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with olives and shredded lettuce.
