WATERGATE CAKE WITH COVER UP
FROSTING
 
1 pkg. white cake mix
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 pkg. instant Pistachio pudding
1 c. 7-Up or orange juice
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Blend all of the ingredients together - beat for two minutes. Grease and flour three 9-inch layer pans.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting:

2 pkg. 9 oz. each cool whip
2 pkg. instant Pistachio pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut

Mix pudding and milk for two minutes. Add cool whip. Spread between layers, and top and sides. Sprinkle top with coconut. Keep Refrigerated.
