GREEN PEA AND CASHEW SALAD 
10 oz. thawed green peas
6 slices crisp cooked bacon
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. coarsely chopped cashews
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all above together. Chill. May be used to stuff tomatoes.
