CHOCOLATE SUNDAE DESSERT 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (10 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (brick type)
Walnuts, chopped (optional)

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press 2/3 of the mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place in freezer and reserve remaining mixture. Place milk, chocolate chips, and marshmallows in top of double boiler. Place over simmering water and stir until melted and well blended. Layer slices of ice cream onto crumb mixture with chocolate sauce, making two layers of each. Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs. Freeze for several hours. (Chopped walnuts are a nice addition to the topping.) Cut into squares to serve. Store in freezer. Serves 9 to 12.
