BATTER:

2/3 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine everything above and put in a greased casserole

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. boiling water

Combine all except water. Sprinkle over batter mix. Pour boiling water over all. DO NOT STIR. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream. This makes cake on top and sauce on bottom.
