FROZEN CHOCOLATE SUNDAE 
CRUST:

24 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened (at room temperature 15 minutes)

FUDGE SAUCE:

1 sm. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Lg. Cool Whip

Mix cookies and melted butter to make a crust. Pat into a 9x13 inch pan and freeze. When frozen, spread softened ice cream on crust and freeze.

To make fudge sauce, bring all ingredients except vanilla to a boil, stirring, boil 8 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool. When cool, spread over ice cream layer. Freeze. Frost chocolate layer with Cool Whip. Serves 12.
