CHOCOLATE SUNDAE PIE 
1/3 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. flaked or shredded coconut
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Melt marshmallows and 1/3 cup chocolate syrup in microwave or double boiler until blended. Add cereal and coconut. Turn mixture into buttered 8-inch pie plate. With a spoon, spread mixture evenly over bottom and sides. Refrigerate until firm.

Combine the 1/4 cup syrup and sour cream. Spoon half the softened ice cream into chilled pie shell. Drizzle with half of sour cream mixture. Repeat, using remaining ice cream and sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
