Mexican Sundae

 Cayuqi (Mexico) says:
This is the closest I have found to the true Mexican sundae. With all due respect, THIS IS NOT A MEXICAN SUNDAE!!! I´ve been eating Mexican sundaes since I was a child. True Mexican sundaes have only three ingredients: VANILLA ice cream, CHOCOLATE syrup, and PEANUTS. This is because these three foodstuffs were originally developed by the Mexican Indians in pre-Columbian times and given to the world. Every time we prepare or eat, a Mexican Sundae, we are paying tribute to that great and underrated country. Strangely enough, Mexican Sundaes are unknown in Mexico. I know, because I live there.
