CHOCOLATE SUNDAES | |
1 env. (1 1/4 oz.) low-calorie whipped topping mix 2 egg whites 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar Dash of salt 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. chocolate flavored syrup Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package. Beat egg whites, vanilla, cream of tartar and salt in small mixer bowl until foamy. Beat in sugar, continue beating until stiff and glossy, about 3 minutes. Fold into topping. Spoon 1/4 cup of the topping mixture into each of 6 dessert dishes and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of the syrup; repeat. Freeze uncovered until firm, at least 1 hour. (6 servings, less than 75 calories per serving.) |
