1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. light cream (or mocha mix)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
4 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In small saucepan combine corn syrup, cream, sugar and coffee. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is well combined. Over high heat stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Fabulous served hot over ice cream.
