2 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
Pepper to taste
1 onion, finely chopped
1 c. chopped celery
Ground giblets

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Dressing for a 10 to 12 pound turkey.
