TURKEY DAY FOOTBALL POTATOES 
10 potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
Onion salt to taste

Boil and mash potatoes. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add seasonings. Beat into potatoes until fluffy and smooth. best if using an electric mixer. Place in a greased casserole, cut with butter and sprinkle with paprika or top with plenty of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Tastes best if refrigerated 12-24 hours before baking. Serves 8-10.
