2 c. finely diced, cooked turkey
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
5 serving env. instant mashed potatoes

Combine all ingredients, except potatoes. Spoon into well greased 9 inch pie pan. Prepare mashed potatoes following directions on package. Spread over turkey. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yields: 5 to 6 servings.
