POTATO-TURKEY SALAD 
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 lbs. new potatoes, quartered
1/4 c. water
1 c. cubed smoked turkey breast
1 c. cucumber slices, quartered
1/2 c. red bell pepper strips

Stir together salad dressing, onion, mustard and black pepper in large bowl and set aside.

Combine potatoes and water in 2 quart glass casserole; cover and microwave on high 11-13 minutes or until tender, stirring after 6 minutes. Drain. Stir potatoes and remaining ingredients into salad mixture. Chill. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
