HAWAIIAN DROP COOKIES 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. shredded coconut

Sift together dry ingredients. Cream shortening and sugar and extracts add eggs. Beat until fluffy. Blend in pineapple and dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
