CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. chopped onion 1/2 green pepper 1 sm. head cabbage 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup Salt & pepper to taste Saute beef, onion and green pepper. Chop cabbage. Put 1 layer of cabbage in bottom of buttered casserole. Add 1 layer of beef and onion and green pepper. Then add a layer of cabbage. Make sure cabbage layer is on top. Pour can of undiluted tomato soup over top. Bake in covered casserole 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. This is a low calorie recipe. |
