CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. minute rice
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. cabbage, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, onion and rice. Shape into meat balls; place in a greased 3 quart casserole. Put shredded cabbage over the meatballs. Spread 1 can mushroom over the cabbage.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes until cabbage is done. Delicious served with baked potatoes and a salad.
