SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 or 4 eggs, well beaten
Dash of salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix in order given; batter will be thin. Spoon or pour out onto hot griddle or frying pan. Not necessary to grease griddle. Turn once. They cook quickly to a light golden color. May be kept warm in oven until all batter is used. Can roll up. Serve with syrup or jam. Serves 2 to 4 people. Recipe may be doubled. Leftovers are good reheated in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
