SWEDISH PANCAKES | |
3-4 eggs, well beaten Dash salt 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 c. milk 1/3 c. melted butter Mix in order given; batter will be thin. Spoon or pour out onto hot griddle or frying pan. It is not necessary to grease griddle. Turn once; they cook quickly to a light golden color. They may be kept warm on a platter in a warm oven until all batter is used. Serve with syrup, jam or lingonberries. Serves 2-4 people. Recipe may be doubled or tripled (you will need more frying pans). Leftovers are good reheated in the microwave. |
