SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3-4 eggs, well beaten
Dash salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix in order given; batter will be thin. Spoon or pour out onto hot griddle or frying pan. It is not necessary to grease griddle. Turn once; they cook quickly to a light golden color. They may be kept warm on a platter in a warm oven until all batter is used.

Serve with syrup, jam or lingonberries. Serves 2-4 people. Recipe may be doubled or tripled (you will need more frying pans). Leftovers are good reheated in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
