SWEDISH OVEN PANCAKES 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Beat all ingredients together thoroughly with a whisk or beater. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Put butter in 8-inch cake pan and melt in oven. Add batter to hot pans. Bake about 18-20 minutes.

Pancakes will rise like popovers but go down quickly when removed from the oven. This makes 4 (8 or 9-inch) pancakes. Good with fresh, frozen or canned berries.
