FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE II 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. can fruit cocktail with juice

TOPPING:

1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 c. coconut
2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into 2 well greased 8" pans. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING: Mix milk, sugar and butter together. Bring to a boil. Add coconut and pecans. Cook 10 minutes. Cool and frost cooled cake.
