MUSHROOM LAMB CHOPS 
8 lamb chops
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet sauce
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced

Melt butter on HIGH for 30-50 seconds. Stir in flour, seasonings and Kitchen Bouquet until smooth. Arrange chops in dish with meaty portions to outside of dish. Add mushrooms and cover with Saran Wrap (leaving small opening).

Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Reduce to 50% and microwave 9-14 minutes; after half of cooking time, turn chops over and re-arrange.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
