PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 box yellow cake mix minus 1 c.
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 lg. (29 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine cake mix, butter, egg and mix thoroughly with fork. Spread in 9x13 inch greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING: Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon. Pour onto crust.

TOPPING: Combine 1 cup cake mix (saved from above) and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Mix to crumb consistency and spread over filling. Bake 60-65 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool before serving. Cut into squares and refrigerate.
